About Pro-Canine Training

 Pro-Canine Professional Dog Training LLC  has now relocated it's business from Illinois to Foley AL. They serve all of Baldwin County with Private or Group Instruction. 


At Pro Canine Professional Dog Training, we believe that all dogs and owners deserve a great relationship. Through Private, one on one training, we help you achieve this goal. It is our hope that you will find this website helpful  in making the decision to train your "best friend."  

About the trainer

 

Mike Reynolds, of Pro- Canine Professional Dog Training has worked with HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS IN TEACHING OWNERS AND PETS HOW TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE RESULTING IN  A HAPPY, PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIP.
HE HAS WORKED CLOSELY WITH PURE BREED RESCUES AND ANIMAL SHELTERS, TRAINING DOGS FOR EASIER PLACEMENT IN PERMANENT HOMES.
MIKE HAS TRAINED DOGS TO HELP THE DISABLED GAIN IMPROVED FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE. HIS 30 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING HAS ALLOWED HIM TO PROVIDE DOGS FOR LOCAL COMMERCIALS AS WELL AS PRODUCING A PROFESSIONAL TRAINING VIDEO.
MIKE IS ALSO ONE OF THE ORIGINAL FOUNDERS OF HOMEWARD BOUND NO KILL PET SHELTER, WHICH SAVED MANY PETS AND HELPED THEM TO FIND LOVING HOMES.

 Probably the most important choice you will make in your dog's life is the choice of the instructor to help you train the dog. Improper methods can spoil a good dog-sometimes permanently! Since instructors do not have to be licensed, almost anyone can (and often does) get into the business. It is therefore, worthwhile to search for the best available trainer.

 Do you teach the dogs or the owners?

Even a mediocre instructor can make a dog perform for him, but that is not the point in taking your dog to class. The instructor should be able to show the handler how to train the dog.
